For every cup of coffee, consider drinking an additional glass of water.
What Hydration Cannot Do
It is important to maintain perspective. Proper hydration does not make you smarter, and it does not replace effective study strategies. What it does is remove a preventable barrier to performing at your cognitive baseline. Think of it as removing a drag on your engine rather than adding horsepower.
If you are already well-hydrated, drinking more water will not boost your performance further. The goal is adequacy, not excess.
